What's Included:
Full Document Intake. All existing strategy materials, brand guidelines, market research, financial models, and internal presentations submitted in advance. We review everything before we meet anyone.
1-Day Group Session. A structured, facilitated working session with the core leadership team — CEO, CFO, CMO, and any key stakeholders. Not a presentation. A direct, interrogative dialogue designed to surface the assumptions, conflicts, and blind spots that no document will reveal.
Independent Analysis. Following the group session, we individually assess the strategy — business viability and brand integrity reviewed in parallel — then debate and synthesized our findings into a single unified set.
AI-Assisted Stress Testing. Data modeling and pattern-matching against comparable strategies, failure precedents, and market dynamics relevant to the client's specific context.

8 Qualitative Interviews. One-on-one, confidential conversations with 8 individuals selected across the organization. These interviews are where the gap between the stated strategy and the organizational reality becomes visible.
1 Week of Quantitative Research. Targeted quantitative analysis of market data, customer behavior, competitive positioning, financial benchmarks, and any AI-generated strategy assumptions — stress-tested against real-world data sets and comparable case precedents.
Dual Independent Analysis & Joint Synthesis. Both consultants conduct parallel independent reviews across all inputs — qualitative and quantitative — before coming together to resolve conflicts, surface the most critical findings, and construct a unified strategic picture.
